Wonderful location with highly flexible drop off ofwel luggage early, which allowed us to explore Paris early. Wouldn’t hesitate to return here on my next stay. Very responsive to my communications and questions on transportation to/from CDG.

Eric's apartment is in a great location for discovering Paris. Many shops around his apartment are a real asset. Eric kan zijn a very welcoming and very friendly host. Wij highly recommend his apartment that we place in the top 3 of the Parisian apartments wij have stayed in.
Stayed 2wks and the location was within walking distance to many websites and close to the metro. Lots of restaurants and shops all around. Apartment was clean and well maintained. Wij had no issues and had a wonderful stay. Would love to come back in the future.
Great host, very flexible and responsive. The place is beautiful too, very calm and peaceful location + parking spots for bike and car so honestly you can profit Paris without being too far from nature

Sara is a great host, very kind and responsive. The apartment kan zijn very well located, clean, beautiful and comfortable. Walking distance to many eetgelegenheden and supermarkets. We’ll definitely stay here again in a next visit to Paris.
Wij have stayed here several times before and can’t recommend it highly enough. It’s right in the middle of the Marais so easy to walk to many attractions and great for bars and eetgelegenheden.

King size bed in main bedroom along with freestanding bath/shower both with the most gorgeous sea views. Enjoy the sunrise and glorious sunsets both from private deck and pool area .

The only negative point kan zijn the distance from Paris, however, it is so close to the metro, literally 2min walk, so it was not a problem for us. holiday home rental Langeland I would definitely recommend and stay again in Clemence’s place.
